At Muriel’s, the goal is to create and serve falafel and hummus that celebrates the seasonal produce found here in the bay area with an added emphasis on making as many components being created in house. The pita is baked the morning of your lunch, the hummus is the creamiest around, and the falafel are ground just before you visit the cart. Yes, the cart is tiny, but the flavors are big. The food will always be vegetarian, often vegan, and always tasty.
